With his striking tuxedo-like markings, Topper is all dressed up with no place to go! Much like his name suggests, Topper wants to be the top of the pops and will need a strong, experienced leader to show him the ropes and set boundaries. Topper, who is four years old, currently resides in a foster home and spends his time walking like a true gentleman on leash, playing with tennis balls (a true rarity!), and napping. He loves cats a bit too much and will not be able to live with them. Due to his top-dog attitude, Topper would do best in a home without children.

Hi, my name is Jacob! Call me Jake for short. Back in my racing days, I was called Wild by Nature. I am seven years young and my foster mom says I'm a great hound to have around the house because I'm quiet, I get along with other dogs (even non-greys), I've never had an accident in the house, I love playing with my toys, and I'm very friendly with everybody! She also says that I need a little extra love because I have some medical needs. I have an auto-immune disease, which causes my nails to be short and brittle, but all I have to do is take a few pills a day, keep my nails trimmed, and I do great! (I really like taking my pills with a little peanut butter.) I also have Pannus in both of my eyes and I take eye drops every day for this, but I'm a pro at taking my drops too! I love to go on walks and even take a little romp in the backyard from time to time.
